Mpact Crowning Ceremony
Mpact girls who earned honor status in their clubs this past year will be recognized in a special crowning ceremony during the 10:00 a.m. service on Sunday, September 13th. Bible Connections Kick Off
Bible Connections classes start again on Sunday, September 13th at 9:00 a.m. — there’s a class for every age, nursery through adult. Family Night Open House
Hillside Assembly of God Church in Gillett will begin a new year of youth and children’s programs on Wednesday evenings on September 9th, with a special Open House event starting at 6:20 p.m.! Church Picnic
Hillside Assembly of Gillett will be hosting a church picnic on Sunday, August 2nd after the 10 a.m. service. During the 10 a.m. service there will be a short presentation recapping what went on at the Kingdom Cup VBS, along with a message from God’s Word from Pastor Jonathan Carlson. Kids’ Kingdom Cup VBS (Gillett)
Start your engines! KINGDOM CUP Start Your Engines VBS is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear, and touch! Each day, kids participate in small groups, called Crews, and discover practical ways to follow Jesus! Each Crew is assigned a “car” to compete with other Crews. You’re invited to a hot Easter Breakfast on April 5, 2026, from 9:00 to 9:45 a.m. at Hillside in both Gillett and Pound. Come celebrate Jesus’ resurrection with some eggs over easy and meet new people as you share a meal together! This breakfast is free of charge, so invite others to come! Gillett Easter Eggstravaganza
The Easter Eggstravaganza is back! Join us Saturday, April 4th at 10 AM at Hillside Assembly of God church in Gillett. This event is geared for kids age 2 through grade 5. Good Friday Cross Walk
The Gillett-Suring Clergy Association is sponsoring the annual Good Friday Cross Walk through Gillett, starting at the Gillett Secondary School on April 3rd at 12 Noon. We will stop at various points through the city to reflect on the journey Jesus took toward the cross. The Gillett-Suring Clergy Association is sponsoring several Soup & Scripture meetings on Wednesdays at 12 Noon to help our community come together as we prepare our hearts for celebrating Jesus’ resurrection. Kids & Youth Tundra Lodge & Pizza Ranch 2026
This trip is open to students in grades 1-12. Sunday, March 8, 2026, we are going to Pizza Ranch for lunch buffet and the Tundra Lodge for a fun afternoon of swimming! We will leave after church (about 11:30 a.m.) and return by 6:30 p.m. The early-bird cost is $30 if registered AND paid by February 25 ($45 after this date) and includes the buffet, swimming, and tokens for arcade games.
